Surprisingly, one of my absolute favorite desserts (and probably the healthiest and least sweetened of them) is the almond jelly. In Chinese, it is called 杏仁豆腐 (xing ren doufu). I prefer the jelly by itself in a bowl of sweetened water, though it tends to be cut into cubes and mixed with fruits.
